How Bulls Inherit The Land

The end goal as with any club is to have it's members have an active role in the club's leadership. Not everyone will want this responsibility, and that's fine! But eventually Team "power" must be decentralized to ensure the club's vision of providing a long term home for OtherDeeds. If we are to succeed in our prophetic quest we owe the community our trust, not taking our land, resources or influence for granted.

The Club Must Always Support Apes.

Post Mint Out - Phase 1

In Phase 1 authority will be vested strongly in the team. This is to ensure our mission of becoming the largest land holders in the Otherside stays our primary objective. Bulls are smart, we have seen other projects lose focus and direction due to giving the holders to much authority to quickly. This will not be Lazy Bull Club. If your expecting instant DAO funds for the community to just access like a piggy bank this is not the project for you. We have a purpose. That purpose will not be broken. The Otherside is a sacred place for the Lazy Bulls. It must be treated with respect and care.

Deed Cashflow - Phase 2

Phase 2 is once the deeds are acquired, in the vault and generating revenue inside The Otherside Metaverse. This is where the Team will hold elections to establish a "council" of bulls. These bulls will spearhead community initiatives and bring them to the team for approval. If approved it will go into a community vote where if passed the proposal will be enacted. Building a solid council is critical in this phase. Only BAYC / MAYC holders are eligible for a council position. Since we are created to be an augmentation to apes, the club must stay in ape hands. Anything less puts the club in jeopardy.

Prophecy Is Fulfilled - Phase 3

Our mission of becoming the largest Otherside Deed holders can come to fruition! We have throw a massive fucking rager in celebration and everyone has taken a week to recover, this is where the real work begins. The "council" will be transitioned in to take control of the land vault. One team member will retain a spot in the Multi-sig to ensure community members can't collude to liquidate the vaults holdings. All rewards are handled via smart contract removing the need for any human element needed to continue paying dividends to holders indefinitely.
